Pros

Boecore is Employee conscious, treat their employees fairly (almost like family) , small business (means that management is close by and engaged worth the employees), and they provide promotion opportunities through mentorship and other programs.

Cons

Not a lot of coins with this one. Boecore deals almost exclusively with governments contracts, so if you doubt have a clearance of the proper certifications there isn't much opportunity here.

Pros

Boecore does a great job looking out for its employees. As an apprentice, I was offered great pay and later benefits. Executives know the names of their employees and keep track of how they are performing. Boecore has been a great company to work for and I consider a privilege to do so.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

The people are very friendly and hardworking. They are growing, but not so fast that they lose what makes them great.

Cons

The folks who work here are mostly middle aged - an advantage to some people, but I would prefer a younger crowd.
