      Pros

      Love working here and what we are building. Management is great they do not micro manage at all and there is a great work life balance.

      Cons

      There are yearly raises but not that much of an increase roughly 1.5%.

      As a contractor I don’t get to see much, outside of the occasional meetings but I think the company is attempting to be more united.

      Cons

      I hope the company can keep up with all the AI progress, even industry is struggling so I can definitely government contract heavy company suffer more
