      Pros

      They don't just say it; the fact that they place so much emphasis on taking care of their people shows. Genuinely good people who care and do the best they can to make sure their workers are properly compensated and not being overworked or placed in the wrong position.

      Cons

      Sub-contracting has drawbacks but this applies anywhere.
