This organization is easily comparable to the local corner bagel shop. It’s a family run business and a highly dysfunctional one at that. You have two very young and inexperienced people in executive level roles, the CEO and COO. The two are very much disliked by the sales and delivery leadership teams. Then there’s American leadership they’ve hired or retained through acquisition reporting to this inexperienced and ineffective CEO. The American leadership has zero ability to stand up and do what is right for their employees. Zero leadership experience at the highest level and zero authority/backbone leaders reporting into them is a disastrous combination. There are people with little to no technical, business or leadership experience being hired into important roles because they are a friend or family member of someone in a leadership role. It’s incredible to see an organization function this way. There are people with very little experience brought in to key roles that negatively impact the customer experience, i.e. a Junior Project Coordinator, at best, functioning as PMO Director. Looking from the outside in, it’s bizarre and almost comical how this firm operates but consider that there are investors looking for leadership and financial performance and you quickly realize the seriousness of this.
My personal opinion for those considering joining this firm: I’ve worked with for a few firms of this size & scale and a few larger firms and I’d advise steering clear of this Aurionpro. I decided to leave after witnessing the constant suffering of the sales and service delivery teams.
