      Opportunity to learn new products and technologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes we get stuck doing the same thing over and over. Offshore and Onshore dynamics are very challenging sometimes.

      As a contractor it was Ok to work for AurionPro.

      Pros

      They have very good client relationships and have got contacts with good clients having long term projects. Wonderful to work for without much hassle.

      Cons

      Pay wise they are not that great. So it is important to strike the deal at the beginning. Later on increase in rate is not that great.
