Austin Capital bank is one of the best working environments an employee can ask for. From friendly and great coworkers to an amazing management team. Here you are pushed to do your best and continuously learning new things to grow individually and as a company. The company makes sure that the employees are number one and always there for help. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else with friendly and accepting work environments. amazing treatment, and best of all being able to add to such an awesome team.

Pros

If you're a good ol' Texas resident soaked in "traditional" values and Tesla stock then you'll probably get along with these people

Cons

All of my other reviews were deleted because I was so honest, but my largest regret was signing an NDA, so I couldn't go after them when my employment ended. The founder sets people up to fail, and the rest of the exec team just does whatever he says to keep their jobs.
