      Poor management - change priorities randomly, don't hear people No WLB - meetings after 8pm even 10pm are common

      Job is pretty straightforward, can get boring very quickly, dealing with customers is the most difficult part

      Cons

      Call center is basis of the job so if uncomfortable on with that workstyle yo u may not like it
