Job is pretty straightforward, can get boring very quickly, dealing with customers is the most difficult part

Cons

Call center is basis of the job so if uncomfortable on with that workstyle yo u may not like it

Competitive Salary. Not much else.

Cons

The company laid off 25+ employees out of nowhere. They gave us a week of severance and kept 1 or 2 employees to avoid having to pay us 30 days through the WARN act. Most employees took the salary to avoid going through the legal process of getting what was rightfully ours. Stay away, they are a dying company that steals IP from the US and sends it back to China to make it for less. DO NOT WORK HERE. Bad people and bad management.
