Management can be condescending. Working with children on the spectrum can be very stressful at times. Not very much support

Pros

Great team that is willing to support and listen. Strong leadership along with inclusivity. It is cool to work in a place with such a diverse culture. The clients are amazing and their BCBAs are great at teaching and guiding. So happy to work at this company!

Cons

It is a hard job if you have no experience with kids, or autism.

Pros

The team. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Only 5 holidays off. We work when many other agencies are closed including Labor Day. Many BTs are new to the field and training can be difficult with people who have no knowledge of autism or ABA.
