It was great experience in the clinical field and gave me experience with children on the spectrum;.

I can only work here when I am at school and if my class schedule is busy I cannot work here frequently.

Pros

Center based company that also provides home care. After working for 3 different ABA providing companies, ACP was where I decided to stay. I graduate next year and will be happy to continue here as a BCBA. Definitely the best ABA company I have ever worked for. Pay is very competitive and they have more centers than any other company in the northeast. Partnership with Salve Regina and other schools for clinical practicum, excellent choice for BCBA candidates.

Cons

Still a newer company with a couple acquisitions, so some small quirks here and there but really not much of a con because it leaves more room for opportunity to advance.
