      Pros

      literally nothing. only good part was working with amazing kids.

      Cons

      very toxic poor paycheck they don't give you a single minute to go to bathroom they take you working overtime for granted and if you say no, they'd ask you if you have an any reasonable reasons not to. senior employees would make you feel alienated and they are very much cliquey in their own group of people. they'd find a way to not pay or punish you if you call out few times even you have an doctor's note for your conditions.

      Large company, makes it hard for RBTs to be valued and respected. Treat them as very expendable
