Pros

I loved working with the clients. It can be a fun job. Meaningful work.

Cons

This company prioritizes money over the success of clients. Most days are eight hours directly with clients with only a thirty-minute unpaid lunch break. BTs and BCBAs are trying not to burn out. If not for the BTs and BCBAs, I would give them one star. I loved the job but disliked the company.

Pros

One on one direct care with toddlers where you can see how your efforts directly affect the person

Cons

Extremely unorganized. There were days where i was told the center was closed 5 minutes before the start of my shift. I lived 40 minutes. There were times were you’d be assigned up to 3 kids to session at the same time which was nearly impossible.
