Pros

I work in administration and honestly really enjoy my job. I really like my supervisor and feel heard/seen, which is refreshing. I feel confident I could grow with the company should those roles open up in the future. (Things do move slowly, but I think that's pretty standard for established companies). I also really enjoy working for a company that makes a real, positive impact on the world. Not a bad place to spend 8-5 M-F.

Cons

Sometimes my peers can be aggressive, but my leader always addresses it immediately. So, a con but not something that really significantly impacts my day-to-day. Overall, I don't think I will leave any time soon.

Pros

Getting to work with the kiddos, seeing the kiddos achieve and successfully grasp all the knowledge.

Cons

BCBA tends to favor employees. When being silent it’s bad, when you express yourself, it’s also bad and causes you to get your hours reduced and then terminated.
