Pay and training. The higher ups don't micromanage and offer highly flexible schedule.
Cons
Huge red flag: BCBA that I was under was explaining to parent that we are not allowed to say hi if we see their child in public. The BCBA proceeded to explain a time when this client saw her at a store and he started screaming bloody murder. Even the parent was sort of bothered by that story. The BCBA saw nothing wrong with it. Another red flag: many lawsuits in the past.
