- The work is so rewarding it is easy to love your job - Management seems mission driven - Ability to start in the field without experience - Supervision check-ins were regular - Company is making efforts to increase trainings and a sense of culture and belonging during COVID/remote which is appreciated

Cons

- Low pay - Travel (wear/tear on car) - Inconsistency of hours (normal for RBT in this field not necessarily the company) - Hard to take time off (make-up requirements) - High turnover of BTs
