Pros

Rewarding, and flexible work environment with a support team per case.

Cons

There wasn't a big caseload, so if you wanted to work more there wasn't a lot of chance to do so.

Pros

I worked for company for 4 years and had great support from company with field training hours, the company values hands-on learning and supervisors worked close with me to learn with helping out with tasks related to managing client cases, in order to achieve the field hours training requirements. I had great support from supervisors and director The other technicians were great to work with, and did awesome 1:1 work with the kids, made genuine connections and closely followed the behavioral plans, they were awesome group of employees to work with!

Cons

Schedule conflicts, and shorter breaks in between sessions.

Pros

At least you get paid for training even though it doesn't prepare you.

Cons

The employers treat the new employees very poorly. I worked there only 3 months and they expected me to be a pro with working with autistic children by then. They didn't even let the children get to know the employees first before feeding, changing, etc. the clients.
