Pros

Not many that come to mind. Easy to get hired?

Cons

Using own devices in clients homes (risking damage to property that isn’t cheap to replace). In a meeting with the CEO, she stated that the company doesn’t have company devices because they haven’t figured out how to disperse them out to employees? Company wanted to start my pay at $14 when I have a BA in Psych. Pay ended up increasing to $16 after the company conducted research into “fair pay”. Supervisors came out minimally to offer support and frequent cancelations from parents made it difficult to count on a steady paycheck. Overall definitely not a company that treats employees valuably. During the same all hands meeting I mentioned earlier, a BT asked the CEO directly why pay was so low and she claimed it’s because people don’t take ABA services as seriously as they take getting their Starbucks. Insinuating that this field just doesn’t have the money to pay their employees fairly. And then the same person retorted that they had job offers from other similar companies with a huge pay difference and how can she explain that this company’s pay isn’t just lower than other fields of employment, it’s also lower than companies offering the same type of service. His point being, if other companies in this field can pay more, why not this one? To which the CEO just kind of tiptoed around the question and changed the topic. Very disorganized, not a good experience in general. Would not recommend.
