Terrible company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Able to move up in the company, but proves to be quite difficult

Cons

Everything about this company is terrible. Not enough hours, not enough compensation for commuting, and micromanaging every move you make - if you make a mistake, expect to hear from 3-4 different people telling you the same exact thing. Supervisors are useless, expect to work without supervision and hope for the best. Even if you try to move up or apply within the company, they make it extremely difficult. Do not work for this company

Thank you for your time supporting our families for more than two years. We appreciate your dedication to the families you worked with, and we’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially around opportunities for promotion and growth. We put focus and resources on career progression for all of our employees nationwide. This includes tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, annual reviews, pay reviews twice a year for Behavior Technicians and advancement opportunities advertised on our career site and through internal communications. We appreciate your feedback and taking the time to leave a review.

First, we’d like to thank you for your years of service with ALP! We are happy to see you recognize the opportunities to grow and learn here at ALP. We’re working hard to provide our employees with opportunities for both career growth and development. We understand how challenging your position can be which is why we strive to support our staff as much as possible. We have a variety of employee benefits packages available – even for those who work 20 hours per week - which most of our BTs can access. We encourage you to reach out to our HR team to go through your benefits elections. There’s always a possibility they can help you take advantage of some benefits offerings you may not be aware of. Thanks again for all you do for our families!
