Pros
I loved my co-workers and supervisor! I also had so much fun working with my clients. I had to commute to clients' homes/schools/public places so it was nice to have changes in location instead of being in the same location every day
Cons
If clients cancel their sessions with you, you don't always get paid for it. You are then expected to find the time to extend your sessions with your client to make up for lost time, or ask around if anyone needs coverage which isn't always possible. Your pay checks are then short because you lost work hours.
