Thank you for your commitment to the ALP family. We appreciate you helping us change lives every day. As a Behavior Technician, you play a significant role in this company, and we highly value you and your contributions. At ALP, we have measures in place to ensure that our compensation is up to industry benchmarks. We also understand how important a steady income can be. Recently, we rolled out an advance pay program that gives BTs faster and easier access to half of their earned wages before payday. We truly thrive on career progression for all of our employees across the country, and encourage it in a variety of ways including tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, annual reviews, pay reviews twice a year for BTs and advancement opportunities. We also have a referral program where our employees can earn extra income for every referral we hire! Thank you for your continued support of our ALP families!

Thank you for your response. We truly appreciate your input, and we agree that this position can be a rewarding experience. To ensure our employees are fairly compensated, we offer competitive pay rates within the industry. If one of our people ever needs help in reaching a specific department, we’ve got various resources in place on our ALP intranet site. In fact, ALP’s intranet is designed to be the place our employees can count on to find help on a variety of topics quickly and easily. Thanks again for your feedback and for your service during your time with ALP.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're a passionate group that values teamwork and a supportive environment, and we're thrilled to hear you experienced that firsthand. Our dedicated employees are what set us apart and make us special. We understand that cancellations can be disruptive, and we're actively exploring different programs to address this challenge. In the meantime, we encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions and ensure that our families receive the support they need. Thank you for all the support you provided to our families in the Antelope Valley!
