Pros

The clients you get (once you get them) may be the only good thing.

Cons

Stingy on paying for miles/drive time and last minute cancellations.

Pros

hmm...This is tough to think of one. Sometimes we have staff group meetings and they provide food.

Cons

-They'll hire anyone into upper management without any proper experience; -Poor pay and overworked -Supervisors very unprofessional -Supervisors hire all their friends and it becomes very clique - They don't value hard workers, because it makes them look bad - If you file a complaint, they will force you to quit - If you want to be comfortable and settle for a mediocre company and you have mediocre work ethic, this is the place for you! -Long, late hours (until 8:00PM) and lots of driving (up to 50 miles away just for training) - It's all a numbers game; how many clients can they force down your throat to justify your poor salary and support upper management's overpaid salary (do they really earn those high numbers with that poor work ethic?)

Pros

Large company so possibility for more resources

Cons

Terrible data management system. Doing data tracking is on a terrible online platform. HORRIBLE. They issue monthly "productivity scores" where it doesn't take into account family cancellations or vacations. The main concern is whether sessions are made up - essentially money coming in for them. They pressure you to do make ups. They add a guise that it is for clients but it is because they make a lot of money per session yet you dont get nearly as much.
