Pros

Free Coffee, and tea in the break room. Nothing else really great about this place..

Cons

No communication and the training sucks. Everyone tells you something different. I trained in the Glendale ca, office and the training was all over the place....No one knows what their doing...

Pros

The pay was decent. They offer no benefits for part time. No stipend for reinforcers. They give approx a 10 dollar stipend for data.

Cons

Communication, training, support, ethics, implementation of ABA in lower level staff, programming. There are too few rockstar supervisors. Some supervisors will not insure that clients are getting sufficient services.

Great Company to work for

Pros

- Lots of support - Plenty of training (paid) - Lots of events - 100% help all the time - If you have a passion for this, it doesn't feel like a job at all. - Paid mileage for miles past 20 miles. - Paid stipend for cellphone or laptop use for collecting data

Cons

- Does not provide a stipend for small toys or to replace some items needed for session such as play doh, puzzles, etc. Need to have approval from office in which they buy the materials and you have to pick it up from the office. - Not flexible with schedule. You must be available 4 days out of the week from 3-8pm. It is very rare that they have a kid available for session before 3pm.
