      Pros

      Able to move up in the company, but proves to be quite difficult

      Cons

      Everything about this company is terrible. Not enough hours, not enough compensation for commuting, and micromanaging every move you make - if you make a mistake, expect to hear from 3-4 different people telling you the same exact thing. Supervisors are useless, expect to work without supervision and hope for the best. Even if you try to move up or apply within the company, they make it extremely difficult. Do not work for this company

      High demands but also supportive

      -BTs are set up for success to test for RBT -Flexibility to take on more hours at your discretion -BCBAs are personable

      Cons

      -No increased pay during COVID restrictions where employees were considered "essential" and demand for sessions increased -Clinic is somewhat unorganized and doesn't have much appeal to clients -Repetition
