      Ethical and genuine regional clinical director; ZERO micromanagement; wide range of clients; company pushes culture and teamwork

      Cons

      Hourly pay can be pithy especially since only billable hours are paid at individual hourly wage while all non-billable hours are paid at minimum wage; usual trappings of ABA life --long hours, lots of driving, frequent cancellations, large turnover in direct staff; session can end at 8:30 PM; pricy insurance

      Flexible schedule, you're able to change your availability frequently

      Cons

      Clients cancel frequently, supervisors not doing their jobs, you're basically thrown in on your own. Do not get pad enough.
