Great support from clinical and non-clinical staff Open discussion about work-life balance Flexible schedule Job security

Cons

Great pay only happens if you get promoted to supervisor roles Sometimes have to work late, but get to start later in the day Sometimes have to work weekends

Pros

-Great place to start as introduction to ABA services . -Good and flexible part time schedules. -Some supervisors are great and caring. -The job is rewarding helping the children and families in need of services.

Cons

-Hard to become full time with benefits. -Your pay depends on number of clients and hours the company can give you. -Low pay. -Job can be stressful, specially if you do not have a supervisor that helps you out. -Better training to help and prepare newcomers.

-don't get breaks unless you demand them -a "work past hours" culture - greedy - don't give children naps or breaks
