Pros

Clients and their families are pleasant enough if you’re paired with the right people. Work itself with clients is not very difficult so as long you keep good notes and records of therapy sessions.

Cons

Management is very slow to respond when assistance is needed. UI on the work apps are confusing and not mobile friendly. Company is horribly understaffed and very poorly managed in the office and on the mobile chat app. Client requested a new BT and I had to wait several weeks for a new client to be assigned to me so I could continue to work. They do not compensate you for gas, mileage, lost hours or clientele.

Pros

-Supportive supervisors and consistent training -Rewarding work -Benefits -Flexible hours - Very inclusive/progressive

Cons

-Isolating from co workers at times, since you work at families home, you don't meet alot of your coworkers -Inconsistent hours, with clients cancelling session or service outright, some weeks you may only get 10-20 hours a week

Pros

Paid training, everyone is so sweet, you get to help kiddos learn

Cons

Hours can be inconsistent, if you miss hours for being sick you have to make them up, if you miss a certain percent of hours you could get a verbal warning if you don’t make them up.
