Pros

Management is highly organized and responsive, paid training, company cares for both clients/client families as well as their employees. Highly accommodating to personal requests/needs due to family, school or work. Room for growth!

Cons

You may work within homes that do not necessarily meet your personal standard of living.

Pros

Flexible schedule. That’s really it.

Cons

Managers rarely come to visit you and the family you work with. The employee retention rate is super high, no chance at getting benefits, because they reduced the hours of full-time worker to part-time so employees won’t get “burned out”. It also made me lose benefits and barely make rent. Employees had no say, and no one can be full time except supervisors-who do nothing.
