      Pros

      The pay and schedule flexibility it nice for the field, and if you’re pursuing a BCBA you get some good experience.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations, constant overflow of emails texts teams messages, throw you into it with minimal training

      I loved what I did there and provided my services. It was great to help kids and make progress.

      Cons

      I was under paid and didn’t receive a lot of hours I couldn’t afford my apartment and had to find another job.

      Good for getting experience

      Pros

      Can have as little as 1 client at a time, mostly flexible with your schedule, pay was pretty good! It was also a great job to get experience in the field of psychology for students.

      Cons

      Could have been a lot more flexible with scheduling, was difficult to sometimes get supervision in person, often times you are with a client for hours on end which can be rather exhausting.
