Pros

Great staff Laid Back Corparate Office Culture Office Training with Lunches Paid training and help with taking state test

Cons

New start up but needed more support for workers in the field. There should have been more assistance to adapt over a longer period of time as a new hire. Incentives should have been given for senior staff to rotate mentoring as a way to help. Lack of materials you have to provide upfront

We’re so glad you enjoyed the team and the culture during your time at ALP, and we hope wherever you end up you find the same joy. Thanks also for your mentorship incentives suggestion. Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate your dedication and hard work in supporting the families in Downey. We understand the unique demands and challenges that come with the role of a Behavior Technician and strive to support our staff in every way we can. Whether it be through offering resources or a listening ear, our supervisors and trainers are always available to provide assistance and guidance. We do have many opportunities currently for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if someone isn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options! At the end of the day our goal is to provide our employees with a variety of scheduling options so they can work a schedule that fits their needs while providing support to our families. We encourage our people to reach out to their Clinical Director to explore options for a full-time schedule. Thank you for your efforts in making a positive impact on the lives of our families, and for your years of service as part of the ALP family.
