Whether it be through offering resources or a listening ear, our supervisors and trainers are always available to provide assistance and guidance. We do have many opportunities currently for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if someone isn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options! At the end of the day our goal is to provide our employees with a variety of scheduling options so they can work a schedule that fits their needs while providing support to our families. We encourage our people to reach out to their Clinical Director to explore options for a full-time schedule.
