opportunities to move up/get promoted yearly reviews and yearly pay increase based on your yearly performance

Cons

Overworked, mandatory OT at times, the department is constantly behind on quota due to frequent employee call outs, leadership does not "lead" is too nice and walked all over by the employees who want to do no work and take frequent PTO.
