work at home, casual work attire when in office.

TERRIBLE if any orientation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They expect too much for a few hour orientation!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stupid point system for attendance that causes punishment for doctors notes. Little to no advancement. Cliquey and too Many do the bare minimum to get by. Poor training. Lower pay compared to profitability

. As Customer Service Reps, there's some communication on the telephone, which is good.

Cons

Unfortunately, there's no room for growth within. Promotions, etc: all seems to come with years of service.
