      Never apply with this company. RUN !!!!! Salaried job, but managed as hourly! working 10-12 hours per day as production never stops.

      Current direct manager is wonderful

      Cons

      Unreasonable workloads, low wages (it's taken me almost 10 years to move up even 4.00 in hourly wages), absolutely awful upper management that only care about saving money in their departments to fuel their yearly bonuses for coming in under budget. You will never be able to do enough for them, and every time it seems you're finally where your production numbers are, they're raised AGAIN.
