Pros
Some very talented people work here in all departments. Genuinely good people who have your back. Rapid growth of the company created many internal promotions. Prior to a year ago it was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I truly enjoyed being here. Pay isnt the highest, but I accepted that since I enjoyed being here and it never fely like a "job". Since the CDK acquisition fell through things have changed.
Cons
High stress, overly aggressive deadlines on projects. Everything is rushed. Most departments are understaffed. Pay doesnt match the goals and expectations of upper management. I left my last job that was incredibly stressful to come to a place that I like. The last year it felt like my old job, with less pay. Benefits are expensive.

Pros
Fun FAMILY (whether you are blood related or not) atmosphere. NO micro-management. Benefits are good- let's face it health insurance is expensive nowadays any which way you look at it. Management is understanding and responsive. They are always looking for ways to improve, just BE HONEST with them. Personal and business growth opportunities always available, most seminars even paid for by the company. EVERYTHING is celebrated with food!- Plus an in house gym, should you need to walk off some of those extra calories. The camaraderie and support for our local community and one another is just phenomenal. BEST referral bonus compared to other places I have worked.
Cons
Impending sale to our competitor. It's hard to tell friends "come work with me" if I don't know if I will even have a job 6 months down the road.
