Pros

If you need an in-between jobs job, then stay here for less than a year. The year mark is when the shyte hits the fan. You being the fan.

Cons

Clients are SO MEAN. And supervisors are just as mean. I once received 90 voicemails in one day. Over 300 emails. I told my supervisor that I was having mental health problems without any reaction except being told to step up my work. I developed a different anxiety disorder symptom where I’d literally lock up and be unable to move. My coworker and I would have a contest about who cried in the bathroom the most each day. Thought about suicide. I took medical leave when I finally broke. I now work in property management as a community manager. LOVE my job. My car was totaled by someone with AO insurance. I openly offered the rep a job reference. Openly offer it to anyone trying to escape this awful company.

Pros

Co- workers. Two days in office that will be going away.

Cons

This company has serious issues with leadership and workplace culture. Management shows little genuine care for employees, especially within the Personal Lines department. Team members are often treated unfairly, and supervisor openly speaks negatively about her team and others whom she does not like. There’s a strong sense of favoritism, and opportunities or flexibility are not applied consistently. The focus is entirely on daily 22 task completion rather than employee development or well being. There’s also no onsite HR presence, making it difficult to raise or resolve concerns. The environment feels highly micromanaged and rigid, leaving employees with minimal time for self-development. If you value respect, fairness, and growth, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You are only a number at this company. No work life balance and unequal treatment.

Pros

Most managers are flexible with your schedules and understanding if things come up.

Cons

They don’t pay well at all.
