      Pros

      Many associates get away with doing little to nothing with no repercussions.

      Cons

      You need to know someone and be friends with MGMT to transfer to a different department. I tried to transfer to a different department and was told I needed to be in my current position 3 years. Meanwhile a recent college grad got transferred into that position (after being with the company for just a few months) because his mom sold a Sr managers house before he moved to Michigan at the home office.

      Micromanagement Unimpressive pay Expensive health benefits Unmanageable claim load and call volume Weekend hours are a must Promotions are based on politics, not performance. Multiple mandatory weekly meetings Extremely difficult to take PTO Location is in a high crime area
