      Pros

      There seems to be a lot of people that have been a long time with the company, my team is great, building infrastructure is pretty new and comfortable. Hybrid work format.

      Cons

      Low pay, low raises, low bonuses, no remote work opportunities

      Good company but needs to make some changed

      Pros

      -The people I work with -Pension plan -Leave -Health Insurance -Work from home - nevermind that is changing

      Cons

      -2 to 3% raises with no cost of living -Cost of healthcare insurance -They promote people who don't deserve it. -Work from home being taken away -Opportunities only for those who don't deserve it. -Make it so all positions can work remotely from another branch!! It's not fair that the same jobs under different managers allow it and some don't. It should be across the board. -Low morale among employees due to low pay, not much for raises nor cost of living increases even though we are a multi billion dollar company!

      Nice People, Poor Decisions

      Pros

      Lots of attention paid to what you want to do, where you want to take your career. Fair amount of training available if you can fit it into your day. Middle management genuinely cares.

      Cons

      Tradeoff for stability is lower pay. Employees largely can't afford the product we sell. Pay does not keep up with inflation.
