      Pros

      Good benefits once you work there for 3+ years, the PTO gets better and the Christmas bonus goes up 1% until it's capped at 10%. Good colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership often promotes based on politics rather than performance. Some managers appear to consistently underperform but continue to rise through the ranks. Lack of accountability at the top has led to poor strategic decisions and low team morale. Feedback from employees is often ignored or downplayed. Not a lot of room for advancement unless you live or are willing to relocate to Michigan.

      Busy but Collaborative Environment

      Pros

      Everyone is incredibly friendly and willing to provide support. Challenging and interesting work daily--you will not be bored!

      Cons

      Management bases employee performance solely on metrics. Learn how to trick the metrics early on and you'll be fine. The work never ends.

      Good Culture, Low Pay

      Pros

      The teams are wonderful, they are very thorough in the hiring process -- eliminating many "bad apples". Training is as thorough as it can be for the career field. While you can't learn everything, they give you a good ground to start on.

      Cons

      High workload expectations even in tough market phases where you are getting +35 calls and +40 emails daily. They prioritize your on paper metrics over relationship building despite advertising themselves as people forward. Expect to work weekends if you are well liked amongst clients. Very low pay as compared to the rest of the industry, starting pay was 47,000.
