Pros

Relatively easy job, enough staff to keep away from burnout unless you sign yourself up for it.

Cons

Sexism. All commercial underwriting leads for UT are men. Supporting team members are women. Not a lot of growth unless you wanna move all over the country. Health coverage is through AO itself, funded by the company. Coverage and plan sucks outside of Michigan where they have network pull. FSA instead of HSA sends your own dollars back to AO's pocket if not used at the end of the year.

Great work-life balance, respectful work environment, management encourages growth, and ability to work from home some days.

Cons

You are not guaranteed any days from home. It is more of a treat if you are doing well and can be taken away if management needs to see improvement in certain areas.
