      Pros

      Great benefits, some great people within the company, stable company. This specific title was more flexible office hours as we were looking at property outside of the office.

      Cons

      The pay was ok but definitely room to move up within the company. They definitely promote from within.

      Friendly environment, great co-workers, stable company with decent health benefits, profit sharing, generous Christmas Bonus, 401k matching, and pension.

      Cons

      Required business professional attire, no options to telecommute. Generally below average salary. Seem to be lacking in consistency for advancement. Too many layers in management.
