      Pros

      Friendly people and a good environment. The pay is the standard for the area. You are not required to work over time.

      Cons

      The pay may be a bit low after working for a while. There is no overtime and several exams to get promotions.

      Pros

      Great work environment. The Regional Vice President is very personable and easy to talk to. Both the supervisors and managers do a great job of getting to know their employee and helping them when they need help.

      Cons

      The training is very short with little direction. Work hours are not very flexible.
