      Pros

      Very stable company for now. Good benefits. Lots of opportunity for internal transfers if one role doesn't work well for you and you show the ability to learn.

      Cons

      Low pay results in a lot of turnover on software development teams. A very conservative corporate culture can be unpleasant to work in at at times.

      Stable company, consistent work hours, coworkers are very kind. Many treat days, good benefits, and a company to be proud to work for.

      Cons

      Lower, years of service-based pay. Salaries are very hush hush. Opportunities are kept quiet, not advertised internally. Innovation seems undervalued in favor of conformity.
