      Pros

      Great company for someone that works hard and is willing to put in extra time. If you work hard, you will get noticed and eventually rewarded.

      Cons

      Unforutnaltey, I was unable to relocate, which prevented some climbing hte ladder

      Pros

      Friendly, family friendly, Opportunities. There is limited schedule adjustments. I like that they'd have been around almost 100 years. great job stability.

      Cons

      Slow to move with HR perks. Management are more Managers rather than leaders. IT software seems to be really old that there is turnover in that dept. which seems to be impt area of the cmpy.
