      If you want low pay and huge work load. This is the place for you.

      Pros

      Job security. There is job security because they under staff. They have decent benefits, pension, incentive bonus, and Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      Base salary. The base salary is well below industry average. The work load too much. The expectations increase almost daily. It is the point that you almost feel set up to fail. There is a big disconnect between upper management and employees. There is very high turnover because people get experience and leave for more pay.

      Pros

      As a recent college graduate, it gives you great multi line experience to go somewhere else. If your an experienced professional, look elsewhere unless your desperate for mediocre pay with little recognition for your hard work and knowledge.

      Cons

      Workload (huge pending caseload) Outdated technology Poor training Pay Pay Office politics Stuffy conservative environment Demand for dedication to the company with nothing in return. Many employees "Do their time" here. Benefits are not all that great.

      Outstanding atmosphere to work in with a very "hands off" managing style. Fantastic benefits. Great training. Very strong and consistent values. If you're willing to travel, the opportunity is there.

      The salaries they pay aren't the highest.
