      Pros

      Auto-Owners is still one of the few companies to provide employee pensions and the medical benefits package is better than average. Additionally, they offer a great relocation package and there are plenty of opportunities to relocate around the country. The company also pays for insurance-related classes and provides bonuses for completion of a large number of series of courses.

      Cons

      Base salary is below-average and the workload can be excessive at times. Be careful of who you upset because memories die hard.
