      Good culture, poor pay and benefits.

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Coworkers are friendly and you are given the ability to make decisions with minimal oversight as long as you can back up why you did something. Advancement opportunities are available, especially if you are able to move geographically. Positive work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is sub-par and some of the lowest in the industry. Benefits are standard to substandard. There are no “extra” or “special” perks that can be found at other companies. 401k match is below average.

      A few of the season employees were Awesome and great to work with

      Cons

      Management was lacking when it came to empathy for the customer it was all about the bottom line. I felt that the human aspect was never a option. They forgot about the Customer and who they were there to help.

      Work / Life Balance is good. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Little upwards mobility unless willing to relocate. Drive and going above and beyond are not rewarded.
