      Some genuine people in leadership on all levels. Makes efforts to improve morale Invests in associate continuing industry education

      Cons

      They want top talent for average pay. Profit Sharing bonus on track to not pay out for 2nd consecutive year.

      Great people, managers, senior leadership. More stable than most companies in the US

      Cons

      Below average pay for most positions.

      Base Pay is laughable

      Pros

      Hybrid work from home program is only perk

      Cons

      Base pay compared to industry standard is abysmal. Offering bonuses and profit sharing when the company is not profitable does not offset the base pay. The "training" is nonexistent, and they will tell you anything to get you into a position, and leave you to struggle to learn the job on your own. The stress is not worth the low pay.
