      Stable company with lots of good people

      Cons

      Literally the worst compensation in the industry, would be higher at any other company. Field marketing reps work 20+ hours more a week than your average associate, but treated like Joe Schmoe employee and receive little support. No budget, so using that industry worst wage to personally purchase company swag to give to assigned agencies.
