Could be much more transparent about pay and what it takes to get promotions

Company is micro-managed, leaders are quick to tell you how it should be done in the field, but haven't been in the field themselves in decades (or if ever) to understand. They pay is not consistent with having to be gone 21 days at a time over 110 days a year 7 days a week 12-16 hours per day
