      Pros

      Good health insurance options & “Christmas bonus”

      Cons

      Very micro managed. Very low pay compared to the rest of the industry. They try to justify the pay by “giving you $5k towards health insurance” and try to act like that $5k is generous. It’s not - most all other companies put more than that towards benefits and don’t try to flaunt it as if it’s in addition to your salary.

      Pros

      Auto-Owners is an amazing place to work! I’ve had prior experience at another carrier and this really is a dream job. We get to work from home 3 days a week and go into the office two days a week. This is a very personable and family friend company. I also have some truly amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      Salaries need to moved up a bit to compete with the industry and it would be nice if they could offer overtime when workload demands are needed.
