Low level management is incredibly supportive and does their best to acknowledge that senior leadership is making decisions without considering consequences.

Cons

They essentially ended the WFH program without any type of notice.

Poor decisions from upper management

Pros

There's a fully funded pension offered after 5 years. Middle management is supportive and let's people work on things they want to work on. Work life balance is generally good (as long as upper management isn't canceling contracts without adequate time to ensure new systems are in place).

Cons

Upper management frequently makes decisions that make developers lives worse. They often force OT to make up for their poor planning, and they blatantly lied about not forcing people back into the office.
